I'M BAraCK!!!!

It shouldn't be about race, or sex, just the issues, but these are some valid questions. We've been part of American Society for over 400 years now.... Why is the idea of a black candidate (mixed ethnicity mind you) so far fetched?????

A Black Man

Why is it that a Black Man can create a tiny piece called a filament (electric light- Lewis Latimer) that allows people to see in the dark?

But can't be seen fit to lead a country to the true light.

Why is it that a Black Man can create an instrument (clock - Benjamin Banneker) that all people use to tell time?

But people don't think it is time for him to run a country.

Why is it that a Black Man can design a place for the high authorities to meet in and a place for the president to live in (The Capitol & the White House - Phillip Reid, a slave, and Pierre L' Fant)?

But not good enough to lead these meetings or live in it himself.

Why is it that a Black Man was brilliant enough to do open heart surgery (Dr. Daniel Hale Williams) and show the world how to get and preserve plasma (Dr. Charles Drew)"

But not good enough to put a program in place Where everyone can afford this surgery.

Why is it a Black Man was creative enough to design an instrument (traffic light -Garret Morgan) to bring multiple people (traffic) to a halt?

But is not seen to be creative enough to design a plan to bring an end to all this unnecessary and worthless fighting between countries.

Why is it that a black man could create the soles (shoes -Jan Matzeliger) that people walk on everyday?

But not seen good enough to fill the shoes of the worst president in history.

Why is it that a Black Man was smart enough and brave enough to teach himself (Frederick Douglas & Thomas Fuller - both slaves) and others how to read, write and/or calculate math?

But not seen smart and bold enough to calculate a platform to be President to a country that sure needs another first.

BLOG WARS.... I STILL BELIEVE!!!!!!!

I like how ppl come online say offensive s#!*, like, I don't know basketball. Whatever...... You don't know me "ONLINE GANGSTERS"!!!! I have been in team sports throughout my adolescence, and I played league ball as an adult. Let's tell the truth, you guys have a visceral hatred for Isiah Thomas, and anyone that believes in what he is "trying" to accomplish. Just like the ex Celtic players.

Every season has been tumultuous to say the least. They kept making changes because they were succumbing to pressure. I'm glad they finally got the gumption to say f*&^ it, we’ll go down swinging with what we have. Look at Miami, is Pat Riley an idiot? He has won several championships, 1 a couple of years ago, they basically "had" the same team this year, and they were still worse than us. Look at the Nets, a couple of Final appearances, but now what???? Basically, everyone has written us off, and that only emboldens my affection for the Zeke. F&^% what you think, honestly.

I am a New Yorker, KNICKS/GIANTS/ & YANKEE FAN...... have been as long as I can remember, and I completely understand how fickle the masses can be. I don’t switch teams and jump ship when times get rough. We can argue all day long, but when the Giants were struggling, I distinctly remember the team being relieved to play on the road because the fans at home were so unsupportive. Matter of fact, they won all the significant games on the road. All of the sudden they win, and 1 million plus fans come out to celebrate....

Eddy Curry is the weak link. If he develops defensive skills, and gets in NBA shape, we will be the envy of this league. Like I said everyone loves a winner, and until the Knicks "win", you tadpoles will NEVER give them their due. NYC teams will always be amongst the highest payrolls in the league, the $$$ is irrelevant!!!!!!! It doesn't entitle you to anything, but overcoming adversity… now that builds character, & championships. Attack me personally all you want, but I will never back down from what I believe, electronically or in person. I’d rather die first.

REMEMBER THIS................

Now that the Giants have vindicated me, I can fully support "MY" Knicks ... NY fans are the "best" when you win, but the absolute "worst" when you lose.

True, the Knicks have lost the past 7 games, but they have been competitive in "every single" one of them. They are playing much better ball then they were the first two months. Once this team learns how to finish games, they will surprise "a lot" of ppl.

Most of you criticizing them now were probably the same ones ready to give Eli the hook after the first two games of this season, and were at the parade shamelessly chanting "PATRIOTS S@#K". FICKLE NY FANS!!

Isiah is not the problem, Dolan is not the problem, it's chemistry, and sometimes that takes time to develop. Eddy Curry is the only one I am most disappointed in. Had he done the off season work, and became a defensive presence, I believe we would be battling the Celts for the Atlantic right now.

Unfortunately, many in this beloved city have no patience, nor understanding that no dollar value can be put on CHEMISTRY, it's something that a team cultivates through experience and effort. I don't care how much money you spend on the roster.

Isiah depsperately wanted Garnett, but the good old Boston boys wouldn't let that go down. What did Minnesota get in return for Kevin again? Oh yeah, NOTHING!!!, of significance. Kevin is a true "glue" player. he would have resurrected the franchise, and Marbury's reputation.

I'm still a Knick fan, just like I'm still a Yankees, and Giants fan. I will be supportive unless I believe the organization has truly given up. Needless to say, I don't think that is the case here. The east is so weak, we still have a chance to make the playoffs, and yes, I still believe we are one run away from contention.

THE ROAD TO REDEMPTION (FINALE)

You couldn't have asked for a better ending to a spectacular season. The Giants overcame every single hurdle and proverbial deamon that has stood in the way of glory. We started out losing Tiki. Then we we're 0-2 (Dallas & Greenbay) the first two games. We wen't on a run, but we lost a second game to Dallas, and we had hiccups against the Vikes, and the Skins.

But then, that final regular season game against the Pats... We went into that game with really no incentive but to play spoiler, against a very formidable Patriots team, trying to go undefeated, and we played our assess off. Although we lost, that game right there catapulted the team into the playoffs and they never let the criticism break them down.

From the moment Jordin Sparks gave us that spectacular, and soulful rendition of the Star Spangled Banner, my heart overflowed with excitement, and my eyes welled up with tears. Then that was followed up by the GMEN walking out to Kanye West's "Stronger".... How appropriate!!! I got goose bumps all over, and I truly felt that we were on the verge of making history.

We have excercised all of our demons. We beat Garcia in the playoffs, beat T.O. in the playoffs. Avenged regular season losses to the three top teams in the league this season. With the final victory coming against the undefeated Patriots in the Superbowl. We overcame every obstacle, critic, and the odds. The Pats may have went undefeated in the reagular season, but we went undefeated in the playoffs, and we are now Superbowl Champions!!!! CONGRATULATIONS TO MY NEW YORK GIANTS. You made every NY sports fan proud this morning...............
